This place suits me perfectly. I love the poolside snack bar, free Wi-Fi, and friendly staff, who even helped my elderly parents during our first visit. I recommend dining early to enjoy the full buffet experience. I'll be back for Christmas!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the swimming pool was really an asset. Good and correct receptionists.
At first, the electricity in my room worked poorly. However, after mentioning this to the front desk, I got another (larger) room. The terrace on my room wasn't the cleanest.

the rooms for singles were large and very comfortable. Waiting staff excellent and decent array for breakfast. Quiet at night. Lovely pool and absolutely nobody else in it. Within easy walking distance of the walled city and safe to walk home at night.
The lattic work on the blacony which made it oppressive and not a place you would want to sit and have your g&t. Also only one small lift to serve a load of rooms and a long queue formed when several people booking in together.

The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a modern area, short walk to the historic center, the beach in Kolovare and beachfront. The atmosphere created was special. The room we stayed in was a decent size with balcony. Beautiful decor, central heating, flat-screen television and a safe. Besides, the location was favourable and incredible for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of People's Square. We truly enjoyed spending 7 nights here👍

Very close to old town centre. Good base to go to national parks. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Pool being renovated so a lot of work going on. Food in restaurant average for hotel of this rating. 10 minnute walk throughpark area fromtoown which was nott conducive to gong into town for dinner as not a populated area ato return bak at night, and no alternative dinign at hotel (only one restaurant and nothingelse around.

A simple breakdown of my vacays
This hotel offers a fantastic beachfront location. Clean, modern rooms with spacious balconies and a lovely pool area add to its charm. The breakfast was satisfactory with ample variety, though dinner options could use improvement. A fine choice for a relaxing stay near the Old Town.

Friendliness, courteousness & helpfulness of all staff, most with good or excellent English; Cleanliness everywhere, good housekeeping; Good food, good selection of food at all mealtimes and cheap; Air-conditioned; Balconies; Nice swimming pool; Fitness & massage facilities. Poolside sunbathing w/ sunloungers & sunbroliies; Beach 30m away and sea-side location; Within comfortable walking distance of Zadar by coast road or streets. Good supply of tourist information in many languages at Reception. Zadar is a nice little old town.
No poolside restaurant/bar but you can buy drinks inside the hotel and take outside. Not allowed to eat outside on patio or poolside (my biggest dislike!), only in the restaurant and then only at appointed mealtimes. Gourmet Food/Wine Bar open but no one used it while I was there though menu prices reasonable. Room Service almost non-existent, mini-bar in rooms ok. Tourist excursions not arranged by hotel but staff can call for a rep to visit you, or you can book outside main gate, or (cheaper bookings direct) in Zadar port. Internet room does not have printing facility. Hotel Bar, in the Reception area, is too open for quiet relaxation, closes at 11pm. Nearby beachside bars open late but no nearby late-night restaurants.

What they won't tell you about this
The beach is just steps away! Plus, the breakfast featured plenty of fresh options and the staff were genuinely helpful.

Very good location
Very expensive for an average hotel. as with many Croatian hotels the breakfast coffee is terrible. I do not know where they get this from as once outside of the hotel or even in the hotel bar they serve excellent coffee. For the price charged for B&B however a decent coffee should be included
